The front desk staff were accommodating during a tough situation. It was nice to get a room quickly when we arrived, despite the circumstances. The location offered easy access to the nearby area, which was a plus during our stay.

The staff were nice, especially Carmen at check-in, which was a relief after a long drive. And the breakfast crew, they kept everything stocked and clean, made mornings bearable.
